YOUR FIRST VISIT
Every new patient must fill out paperwork. If you would like to save time, the form is available for download below. Simply complete the form and bring it to your first appointment.
At your first appointment, we do a consultation to see if you are a proper candidate for chiropractic care. At Phaup Chiropractic Center, we think it is very important to hear, from head to toe, all the problems you may have. We are devoted to our patients and promise that if we cannot help you, we will refer you to someone better suited for your condition/ailment.
Next, we do a thorough examination to further evaluate what your condition may or may not be. Finally, if necessary, we perform x-rays to ensure we see the proper anatomy and to help us with the final evaluation. We have state-of-the-art digital x-ray equipment, which reduces the amount of time it takes to develop and analyze an x-ray. Once these steps are complete, if the analysis shows it is safe to proceed, we will perform an adjustment during the following visit.
